As well as holding actual estate sales, we frequently consign better items to auction houses on behalf of our clients and often do direct buyouts, or whatever combination of options suits our client’s specific situation and needs. We have very discounted sellers premiums with an extensive network of auction houses allover the country, usually making it more cost effective for our clients to broker items through our company. Auctions have proved successful for our clients and have become a preferred method of sales.

An “estate sale” generally refers to the sale of personal property. It differs from a garage sale in that it usually involves the entire contents of a household, often accumulated over the course of a lifetime, and is normally held inside the home. An estate sale can be held after a loved one’s death or move to a nursing facility, when downsizing or moving from your home, in the case of divorce, or any other emotional lifestyle change.
